I understand that the mission trip with Real Life Ministries is organized and safe, and that he will be learning and using new skills in the areas of construction that may also require the use of power tools, and that my Child will be traveling to a foreign country. In the event of a mishap, however, and as a condition of (my child's or adult) participation, I agree to assume the risk for any injuries and damages that (I or my child or adult) may suffer which results from mission activities (this can include use of power tools, physical labor, participating in games, participating in Beach activities) and release Real Life Ministries, its employees, staff and agents from liability. Fireworks Clause I understand that Real Life Ministries does not provide, encourage, or participate in the use of Fireworks or any type of product that can produce sparks, be propelled, whistle or explode. I understand that any use of fireworks can result in serious injury that can cause lose of limb, hearing, sight, or severe burns. Fireworks are not permitted on ministry grounds and this will include fireworks in bags, boxes, stored in Vans, or personal suit cases. If the group or organization that your child is part of provides an environment to use fireworks, encourages the use of fireworks, or supervises the use of fireworks, and or allows the purchase of fireworks they as leaders will need to take any and full responsibilities of any personal injury, Medical bills, or damage to private property as a direct or indirect use of the fireworks.
