Yes!! Brown hills, dusty roads, cool sunsets, the pacific ocean, taco stands, and HOCKEY SEASON!! We had big smiles and laughs as we crossed the boarder and we had our winter intern most likely trying to figure out why we were acting so weird. Yes, we said, “Winter Intern”! Neil Shear is from Valley Community Church of Pleasanton CA and he will be here with us for 3 months. Already Neil has been a big blessing as he has teamed up with Sergio and they are working very well together. I’ve already been thrown into the paper shuffle as we try to get ONE address for the ministry site vs. 3. Funny how we have to pay the fees to have everyone else to their job.
Tacos are tasting good, sunsets are beautiful, and even though we miss the Sholl’s, Ecuador and the friends we made there,,,,,,,,it’s good to be home, and it’s always good when Neil and Sergio take over the kitchen to cook Dinner!!
