Sorry it’s taking a while for me to get something up and running on this, but I really want to do it up right. But for now you can follow this link to a web site that is dedicated to 63 Plymouth Sport Fury’s. Some might not get a big kick out of cars or think that there just can’t be anything really special about cars. But just like anything else in life this item, well, Car, holds special memories, it tells a sad story, it renews honer, it shows respect to a heritage, and for me, at times, yes, it gives me an opportunity to in my own way visit my Dad.

Some of you have enjoyed a ride in this timeless classic and it is my hope to share this special part of my family history with you.

The Story of Donas 63…

Here’s a short video I did when I had just started working on her. and here’s a shot of the Plymouth when my dad had her all stripped down waiting for new paint.

La Donna Rose Hollenbeck, origianl owner of Donas63 Plymouth Sport Fury.

  2. Dear Dennis, I was looking for something on Donna’s husband Melvin Colby regarding how he died in about l983. Hope to find somethng to ease my mind. Good site. Tom

  3. Howdy Uncle Tom,
Uncle Bill told me a story of how he died, but later did not recall the event.
We had a bit of a set back on the car as the new motor we built went south on us,,,it had some shotty work done on the Short Block. We just recently got her back from a MOPAR only shop and they did a fantastic job on it. They pride themselves on Long Lasting Restorations of Mopar’s. I also just put Dual Exhaust on her,,,Magna Flow Mufflers,,,Hughes Racing Cam,,,,She’s a Sleeper!
Nice to hear from you and I hope you are well.
